Since July 1, 2011 I work as an Administrator at St. Boniface Church in German Town, Wisconsi. Prior to my current assignment I worked as a Parochial Vicar at Holy Name of Mary, NY in 2002-09, in Epiphany Church, New York, NY 2010, and in St. Martin de Porres Church in Poughkeepsie, NY 2010-2011. In 1990 I enrolled at Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI and graduated in 1999 with a Master’s in counseling and Doctorate in counseling with a minor in clinical psychology from Marquette University. My doctoral research focused on the role of mental imagery in physical, psychological, and spiritual healing which examined religious and mystical perspectives from Shamanism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Christian mystics, Kabbalah (Judaism), and Sufism (Islam). His dissertation, Imagery’s Place in Physical, Psychological, and Spiritual Healing Perspectives from Religious and Mystical Traditions, was published in 2002. I offer presentations on contemplative prayer and healing, and counseling and spiritual direction to a number of people in and around the parish. I have my studies in Theology, Philosophy and Psychology from India.
